SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description: Nestled Together, LLC provides SMS communications to clients, inquiries, and independent subcontractors/partners.

For clients and website visitors, messages include booking inquiry follow-ups, appointment confirmations, customer care, and service updates. Users opt in to receive these communications by submitting their contact details through our website chat widget at https://www.nestledtogether.com/. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

For independent contractors and creative partners, messages include event availability invites, urgent coverage requests, assignment details, timeline updates, and scheduled event reminders. Contractors opt in to receive operational SMS notifications during contractor onboarding or by providing their contact information for event coordination.

2. Opt-Out & Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text or reply "STOP" to 616-300-2468 (or reply "STOP" directly to any text message you receive). Upon sending "STOP," you will receive a single SMS confirmation confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further text messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you re-subscribe by submitting a request through our website chat widget.

5. Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
